    Usually after the holidays I start back on my workout routine; that is a good de-stresser.

  1. In general, I de-stress by taking a warm shower, or fitting in a nice nap, or even just relaxing and reading a good book.

  1. Automatically- I work in retail so the minute the insanity ends and all goes back to normal, so do I. So I guess my answer is not real original, but it's true!

    I have not really stressed over Christmas the last few years... But when I do, I wait till everyone goes to bed and sit down and play online with a cup of coffee...

    Happy holidays. How exciting to have your birthday right after Christmas. LOL. I have a daughter whose birthday falls on DEC. 31 and she hates that it's right after Christmas because we tend to combine the two all the time.

  1. I like to spend the day after Christmas relaxing and not doing much of anything! A good quality day spent on the couch watching movies usually does the trick!

    At the moment, I'm in my robe and slippers nursing a sore throat. But generally, every year I'm in my robe and slippers the day after Christmas! :) (Which is not a bad thing lol)
