RejuvenAirFan Review

Wednesday, October 31, 2012
When I was approached to review the RejuvenAirFan I jumped at the chance. I am a menopausal woman who suffers from night sweats and hot flashes and anything to help is a great relief.

I love my fan. It's quite, it's helpful, and night sweats and hot flashes are a thing of the past. Dr. Klein is a life saver.

The RejuvenAirFan is easy to use. It compact, but packs a punch! I sat mine on my night stand and sleep like a baby. You can too. Right now Dr. Klein is offering my readers a $10 discount off the regular price of $49.99 + shipping with code hhhf0912.

I give RejuvenAirFan 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Hot Flashes and Night Sweats?
Get RejuvenAir Medical Fan!

  • Convenient automatic timer for quick relief
You don't have to worry about switching the fan off after you have cooled down as the pre-set timer does that for you automatically, allowing you to continue sleeping in peace.
  • Large front-facing press-pad switch
The large press-pad switch on the front makes switching the fan on and off as easy as ever. Simply press to choose different pre-set timer settings and you are good to go.
  • LED lights on press pad
Operating in a dark room? No problem! The LED lights on the press-pad switch will tell you which timer setting you picked making it easy for you to operate in a dark room and while half asleep.
  • Automatic and continuous flow toggle
If you do not want the flow of air interrupted by the timer, simply flip the automatic/continuous flow switch to suit your preference and continue enjoying the flow of cool air as a regular fan.
  • Fall back to sleep after turning it on
With an ordinary fan, you have to either stay awake or wake up later after the hot flash/night sweat episode is over to switch it off because you'll be freezing. The RejuvenAir Automatic Offfeature allows you to fall back to sleep after turning it on, and to continue sleeping in peaceful comfort.

Dr. Klein has graciously agreed to let me give away a RejuvenAir fan to one lucky reader. Retail value $49.99 USD

Fifty Two Shades of Blue-ish Campaign

Tuesday, October 30, 2012

When author Karen S. Exkorn set out to write an erotic humor novel, she had just turned 52 and felt she had finally reached a stage in her life where it was time to do all things she was afraid or embarrassed to share in public.   A woman of many shades, Exkorn, now keeps a list of things outside her comfort zone that she wants to try NOW ( which she NEVER refers to as a bucket list because,  let’s face it, anything with the word “die” in it isn’t all that fun.)  Recent “check-offs” from her list include “Meet Beyonce”, “Flashing a truck driver” and  “Go on a date with Tina Fey and Amy Poehler.”  The author calls upon all women to grab a pen, channel their inner princesses and start making their own lists too.

I am participating in the Fifty Two Shades of Blue-ish Campaign and get to tell you my deepest, darkest secret wish on my bucket list. I'll turn 52 in a few months and I don't have a long bucket list, but there is one thing I really want to do before I turn sixty.  You see I'm afraid of heights. I don't like escalators, high bridges, or mountains. I've never been in a airplane or hot air balloon. You're going to think I'm crazy, but I want to sky dive. I want to feel the wind rush through me and the thrill of jumping out of a plane.
I probably will chicken out if or when I go up, but if I do there's always seventy.

Want to find out more about Karen and Fifty Two Shades of Blue-ish?

NEW YORK, NY (October 2012) — Karen S. Exkorn, a published author, noted speaker, and all-
around nice Jewish girl (except when she’s not), has released Fifty Two Shades of Blue-ish, a parody of
that “other” ever-popular tome.

Fifty Two Shades of Blue-ish is bursting with humor and erotica (who knew sex could be so fun…and
funny?). The story follows the virginal Rachel Levine and her handsome hunk of man as they surrender to
their sexual cravings, with a hunger for more than just matzah balls.

This sexy and silly parody is an entertaining romp through Rachel’s
life as she strives to find the delicate balance between love, lust…and
latkes. Over candlelit dinners with Manischewitz on ice, she
surrenders to the forbidden desires of her inner princess (Jewish
American Princess, that is…).

Fifty Two Shades of Blue-ish is a pulsating page-turner that will stir
up your every fantasy…and your Jewish guilt (even if you’re not
Jewish!).

Published by Orange Press, Fifty Two Shades of Blue-ish will have its
soft launch in October and its hard launch just in time for Hanukkah.

Love Your Body Day 2012:Wednesday, Oct. 17

Friday, October 12, 2012
Do you love what you see when you look in the mirror?

Hollywood and the fashion, cosmetics and diet industries work hard to make us believe that our bodies are unacceptable and need constant improvement.

Advertisements reduce us to body parts -- lips, legs, breasts -- airbrushed and touched up to meet impossible standards.

The media tell women and girls that cosmetic surgery is good for self-esteem.

Is it any wonder that 80% of U.S. women are dissatisfied with their appearance?

Together, we can fight back.

Love Your Body: What's It All About?

Love Your Body: Get Talking!
The first step in moving beyond unrealistic standards of body and beauty is to get talking about the common themes found in media images of women. We must encourage women and men, girls and boys to think critically about the images they see every day instead of passively accepting them.

If you're on Twitter, you can follow NationalNOW and use the hashtag #lybd to talk about Love Your Body Day and the things you are doing to celebrate! You can also find NOW on Facebook, where we also have a Love Your Body Cause.

Be sure to stop back by on the 17th to see my post for Love Your Body Day...

Mental Illness Awareness Week 2012: Oct. 7-13, 2012

Since 1990, mental health advocates across the country have joined together during the first full week of October in sponosoring many kinds of activities.

Mental Illness Awareness Week runs through October 13. Mental illness awareness in very important. it affects everyone. I am personally connected to mental illness. It's also important to understand mental illness.
