Exert Smart Body Coolant Review and Giveaway-#sponsored #giveaway

Disclosure: I received a product in exchange for this review. However, all opinions are my own.
I don't know about you, but the one thing I HATE about menopause is the hot flashes and night sweats! At times I feel like jumping into a pool of ice cubes, but that's not a great way to cool off and cool down. No worries with a fantastic product I discovered called Exert Smart Body Coolant.

I've tried everything to cool off, but nothing seemed to work until I discovered this great can of spray on relief.  Exert Smart Body Coolant is easy to use, it's odorless and grease-less.  Just spray it on when you feel a hot flash coming on and your good to go.

I usually only have to use the spray at night, but let me tell you, I just spray and sleep like a baby all night long! One can will last up between 4- 6 weeks for most people. The great thing about Exert Smart Body Coolant is it's hypoallergenic, which is a big plus for menopausal women.

This spray will isolate temperature spikes on the skin and cool the body up to 5 degrees, thus alleviating hot flashes and night sweats as symptoms of menopause.

You can try it for yourself my entering to win a supply for yourself. Two lucky High Heels and Hot Flashes readers will win their very own Exert Smart Body Coolant! All you have to do is enter on the Rafflecopter below. US only.  You can also purchase a 30 day supply for only $22.50.

DIfficulty sleeping and night sweats are the worse for me. I haven't figured out what do with the lack of sleeping but I sleep in nothing at night and keep the fan on. I still overheat and sometimes I have a cooling towel near me but I still get uncomfortable at night!
